Project:
CGCIC was getting a lot of complaints about stale content on the site. The content management system (CMS) was inflexible and did not provide an easy way to manage information, update content and upload documents. CGCIC also wanted to keep the site up-to-date with current events and send a professionally designed e-newsletter to membership on a monthly basis.
Crescan's Solution:
We created a brand new site with a fresh, colorful interface and a feature-rich CMS that could accept content in English, German and French. We also developed events calendar, photo gallery, online newsletter, mass emailing campaign and membership forms.

Job Opportunity Information Network (JOIN)

Project:
JOIN envisioned to serve its members through a highly accessible website. They wanted the online marketing to be consistent with brochures and other printed materials. Since JOIN has chapters in several regions, the site should be flexible to display information from all regions. JOIN also wanted to support ad campaigns on selected, highly active pages of the site.
Crescan's Solution:
Crescan developed a WCAG compliant website with accessibilty features like zoom, contrast and auto-narration. Through our solution, members can search for service providers with geographic locations outlined on an interactive map. We also developed an ad management module that allowed JOIN to manage and rotate ads as needed.

Hospital for Sick Kids
MyHealth Passport

Project:
MyHealth Passport, a project of the SickKids Good 2 Go Transition Program, intended to generate a customized, wallet-size card that gave instant access to patient's medical information. This passport was to support data entry for multiple medical conditions.
Crescan's Solution:
We worked with the project sponsor at Hospital for Sick Kids to develop a flexible form generation tool. The tool allowed creation of unlimited forms for each medical condition with options like drop down, listbox, checkbox, radio button, textbox etc. We also integrated a PDF library to dynamically generate a passport for each patient at the end of data entry.

Meet Market wanted to offer its more than 20,000 members an easy way to signup for membership and pay for events. It also wanted to develop a community where members posted messages of interest to other members.

We developed an online membership signup database which could be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook by the click of a button.We also designed an e-Commerce website that allowed members to instantly view available spots and pay online for the events of their choice.

Bowne was looking for a way to conduct company-wide surveys in order to gather feedback from its internal customers. It was also in need of a mechanism to allow supervisors to create their own surveys on-the-fly.
Crescan's Solution:
We developed a robust survey template system (STS) for creating extensive electronic surveys on company's intranet. STS was integrated with the employee login system and permitted unlimited surveys per user. It had a very user-friendly interface and offered flexibility both in creating custom questions and responses, and in targeting particular groups of internal customers. STS generated a summary of survey results and included a utility to compare surveys conducted over different periods of the year.
