Our Methodology
Crescan follows a well-defined, four-phased approach to consistently delivering quality solutions in a timely manner.
Planning & Analysis – The initial phase of a project involves discovery of immediate needs and long-term goals of the client. Among other things, we discuss desired functionality, timelines, budget, risks and constraints. We define project scope, create statement of work, propose project plan and provide cost estimate.
Design & Development – Once the client approves project plan, our graphic artists design prototypes with site navigation in conformance with your corporate branding and identity. Next, we develop core components of the website and start converting prototypes into functional web elements such as HTML, Flash and databases etc.
Testing & Launch – Throughout the development process, we stage the website on our servers for providing updates to the clients and for testing purposes. Upon completion and successful testing, the website is transferred to client’s hosting account and launched for public access.
Support & Maintenance – Based on user feedback, we work closely with the client and continually improve the website by fixing bugs and/or adding new features.
